On Thursay, October 17th, we headed to the San Diego zoo with Aunt Laura, Sydney, Cole, Aunt Lindsay and Nani. It was perfect weather for the zoo and we had a great morning. We were there as soon as it opened and stayed for a few hours which worked out really well.
It took us awhile to actually see any animals since these two wanted to pose with all of the fake animals as we walked in.
And then we had to get pictures by the pole. I think this was Sydney's idea!
And then pictures in the animal foot massage chairs!
And then by the camel!

The polar bear exhibit had a helicopter that you could sit in.
They did a great job of walking! Definitely wore them out for a good nap that afternoon!
Joseph was over taking pictures with the animals after awhile but Sydney loved it-
she seriously wanted her picture taken with every animal statue we passed! Too cute!

And finally the monkeys which were probably the biggest hit of the day! They were so entertaining-chattering up a storm and so active. Made for the perfect way to end the zoo trip!
