We've been loving this fall weather! Most days we are in the low 80s but we had a cool streak of down to the 50s for a bit and then in typical Texas fall fashion we've hit basically every temp in between as well. One day we're in pants and hats and it seems like the next day we are back to shorts! I did finally pack away the bathing suits this weekend but the shorts will stay!
On October 24th Joseph had his fall feastival at school and I was able to go and volunteer. They played fall games involving pumpkins and scarecrows and I took Joseph and two of his classmates around from station to station. Pretty cute!
We head to the park pretty much every afternoon after nap before dinner-such a great way to get the afternoon energy out!
Ella has perfected her wave this month and loves waving at people (or trees) on the walk.
We met our friends at Bear Branch park one morning for some fun at a different park. On Mondays adn Wednesdays we go to boot camp and then play at the park there for an hour or two (some days) after.
We celebrated Eva's 1st birthday at 7 Acre Woods in Conroe on November 9th-it was the perfect location for a fall party!
Joseph enjoyed a tractor ride with his buddies
Waiting patienty for cake
And a few pictures on the way out
And Ella in her fall attire for the party!
November 12th seemed chilly! I think my phone said 54 degrees but it was a cloudy day so felt much colder so blankets and hats were appropriate for our afternoon run.
Trying to capture some of the fall colors on the run. Joseph loves pointing out the fall leaves and talking about collecting them and sending them to Mr. Adrian and Nani. (Yes, Mr. Adrian in reference to Adrian Peterson-see here for the back story!)
These two have way too much fun together! Lots of tackling and touchdowns!!
Joseph has recently mastered punting-here Rich is teaching him.
And they're back down...
And Ella just laughs at them while swinging
Although there are Christmas lights alaredy up in our neighborhood, it is still fall to us! Happy Fall!
