Laundry

Joseph has recently become obsessed with what he wears and he tends to go through multiple outfits per day, only adding to the never ending task of laundry.  He is particularly obsessed with his "boxers" which are just pajamas shorts but that he likes to wear over his diaper, under his pants or shorts.  He is also obsessed with his Superman pajamas which are getting a little snug so I need to be on the lookout for a larger pair, as well as anything football related.  All of these pictures were taken on November 3rd, 2012 and shows what a typical day has been like for his outfit changes!
As soon as he wakes up, he immediately goes to his dresser and gets new clothes.  Today he chose a pair of boxers and a football shirt.
When we got downstairs he asked for "football eyes" so had to add those to the outfit.
He then found his Superman shirt and his favorite pair of boxers that were in a "clean clothes pile to be put away" on my bed so changed to that.
We were going to boot camp so I  asked him to put on real clothes-he chose "Daddy shorts" and I convinced him to wear the matching shirt only made possible by keeping the Superman shirt on underneath.  Oh, and the boxers are still on, too.
After boot camp and before his nap he found the Superman pants so now was in full Superman apparrel.
After nap he wanted to wear his "Halloween mask".  Until last week these were packed away in his closet in a box (see here for the reason why) but he started asking for them so we pulled them out and they have become a part of the daily rotation.

I was stifling his creative clothing choices and told him that he couldn't wear his Halloween masks outside to play so he asked for his football shirt and for football eyes so this is how we ended the day!
Well and then of course right after dinner he likes to get naked and run around for awhile like that before bath and his pajamas!  And I thought I was going to have to worry about his sister with clothes!
