Football and fall go hand in hand and it definitely isn't close to fall here so that makes it really hard to believe that football season is here already but we were able to kick off the season with the Texans and are looking forward to a great season (or at least better than last year!) My dad put us in touch with his Texans counterpart for security who got us field passes for the pre-season practice. We headed down to the stadium early on Sunday, August 3rd and were on the field while they were practicing and then checked out all of the games/activities that they offered as well. Joseph was excited about seeing all of the football players until he saw the bounce houses, which definitely trumped the practice!
He was excited to try all of the games that were set up and was very patient while waiting in the lines in the heat!
Although this one looks as if it is going in the hole, it actually missed. But, he did make it in to the Army one a little later.
Made this one and won an Army lanyard.
Lots of fun going down the Texans slide!
It was a fun way to spend Sunday morning and we are so thankful to my dad for making it happen! Go Texans!
