Can't believe we are into the third month in 2014 already! Here are just some random pictures from the rest of February...
These are actually from the beginning of February (the 5th) which I forgot to post earlier. It is so fun watching Joseph and Ella now play together. She totally copies what he does and he loves having a little shadow. Today they were both going to school together!
On February 6th we had another chilly day with a little bit of snow (or sleet-not really sure). Joseph and I went out bright and early (well, maybe not so bright) to check it out! He was pretty impressed with it.
And on February 7th they were back to school but this time riding the bus to school.
Joseph practicing "hook 'em horns" for Poppa's arrival. Sidenote-he insists on wearing collared shirts with all of the buttons buttoned-have to work on this! And he desperately needed a haircut!
Can't leave her out while taking pictures!
Loves playing in the cabinets!
On most Mondays and Wednesdays a bunch of us stay at the park after boot camp and play and sometimes picnic, too. Here is part of the crowd on February 17th enjoying the nice weather and lunch.
Later that afternoon on the 17th we decided to wash my car. The kids had a blast and were totally soaked by the end!
Car washing was then over!
Sending daddy pictures while Joseph is at school
Ella trying to climb like the big boys at the park.
Thought this was too funny not to share. Rich went to Atlanta for the week of February 17th and he forgot to pack a pair of work shoes so he sent me this picture on his way to a meeting. Thankfully his hotel was close to a mall so he was able to get a new pair of shoes for the rest of the week.
Joseph has been enjoying watching the Olympics with us at night and he decided to knock their slide on its side and pretend it was a bobsled. Daddy and I were impressed with his creativity!
Just typical night during bathtime in our home...February 21st.
Headed to our park on February 22nd after Joseph's soccer game. Quick mini photo shoot while playing on the wall.
These final pictures are actually from the end of January that I forgot to include. Both kids love playing in the tub (with water or without) and on January 28th we brought the fingerpaints into the tub (figured might as well keep the mess contained!)
And then it was easy clean-up!
Love those smiles!!!
And this was Joseph's creation on January 30th! Thank goodness for washable paints-keeps him busy and the clean up is minimal so everyone is happy!
And now we're off to March!
