Can't believe this is our third year enjoying the beauty of the bluebonnets! I had been wanting to get pictures of the kids in the bluebonnet field in the park in our village but kept putting it off and then decided to wait until Nani was here to have her help. We went for a walk on Tuesday afternoon after we picked Joseph up from school and unfortunately didn't get the greatest pictures. Ella wasn't having it at all and Joseph just wanted to run. Oh well! Better than nothing and we'll try again next year!

You can tell by this picture that we were definitely late in the season-lots of people had already taken pictures and many were trampled on.
Stopped for a quick second and I got lucky!
