Here is Joseph practicing for the plane ride for our vacation with the DVD player. He definitely has a short attention span-the longest I think he lasts is about 15 minutes in front of it-maybe that's what we get for not having the tv on with him. (However, I think he could watch PBS kids on my iphone for days!!) He picked out two movies for the plane-Cars and Airbud the Football Player (since it had football on it) and he watched Airbud for about ten minutes and then came to me and said, "Mommy, this one is for big kids. I don't want to watch it." It wasn't anything scary-I think it just bored him. We'll keep it and try it agin when he is a "big kid". And, for Cars, he watched it for about ten minutes as well and then was over it...and then we lost it at the beach house! Oh well! He looks pretty cute here in the picture at least!
Joseph received this Army uniform from our friends Wil and Amy. He recently has taken a liking to wearing it around the house!
And just a short video of a random few days at our home ending with Joseph practicing floating during swim lessons.
We can't believe that 2013 is halfway over already-what a great year it has been so far!
