17 months

Ella turned 17 months on May 22nd so we had to snap a few pictures of her during Joseph's last day of preschool photo shoot.  Still as cute, sweet and snuggable yet also sometimes as fiesty as can be!  

My favorite thing that she does at this age is when I am counting for Joseph (normally as a warning) when I say, "1, 2, 3" she will hold up her fingers for 1 and point them out in the air with each number  I say...all with a serious look on her face.  It is hilarious!  

Joseph (or Da-dos or something along those lines) always keeps her laughing!  

So sweet!

She absolutely LOVES feeding the ducks these days so we were able to sneak in a walk with a stop at the ducks while Joseph was at school in the middle of packing for our Memorial weekend trip.  She never likes getting back in the stroller when we are done but has so much fun while we are there!  She also loves to get real close to the lake and often ends up with her feet wet.  Joseph becomes very protective of her when she ventures out and will often say, "Mom, stop her!"  

She also loves putting things in and out of purses, the shopping cart, empty boxes...pretty much anything, which has even included sticking her hand in the toilet as well as throwing empty toilet paper rolls into the toilet.  What a girl!  Loves climbing on the couch and jumping on it (ugh!), laying out blankets in the middle of the floor and lying on them, carrying around lunchboxes, backpacks, purses, etc and riding her bike.   

And I am sure she'll love me for these when she gets older but I had to include them...on May 8th she had a rough morning-it was just one thing after the other and all I could do was laugh (and take pictures!)  

 Thankfully she was able to snap out of it pretty quickly and was back to her cheerful self for the rest of the day but definitely woke up on the wrong side of bed!  

 Love that smile and she loves looking at the phone and saying "Eeese!"  (cheese!)

Happy 17 months Ella Bean (or "pea" or "cutie pot"-instead of cutie pie- as Joseph sometimes refers to you as).  We love you and will include all of your stats and info at your 18 month birthday!
