We took our annual family photos this year in La Jolla at Scripps Pier. We had never been there and it was beautiful and a great location. We shared the session with the Laugesen with the crew which worked out really well-it gave each family a break from smiling since we bounced back and forth between one another and the kids liked having the boys there, too. In typical fashion it was eventful as Julia stepped on a bee during the session (thankfully after about a minute of tears she was ok!) and Charlotte had to go to the bathroom, where there weren't any bathrooms close by, so squatted in the middle of the beach with people everywhere and went. Thankfully she just had a dress on and no shoes but geez Charlotte!! Always something! We bribed them with Phil's for dinner after so we got some great pictures this year...gets easier each year that they are older. So thankful that we do this every year!
