8 months on May 3rd!! Its so hard to believe how quickly her first year is going by and how quickly she has changed!!! She is an ACTIVE little baby now...everything goes in her mouth, she is super fast with her army crawling and still continues to be super happy and laid back.
She looks so big in these pictures to me. It really is going by too fast.

That smile of hers is just the sweetest. She is so interactive these days and just SO happy. We've been blessed by "easy" and happy babies but she may take the cake.

All tuckered out at Stroller Strides on April 7th. Although she normally is as happy as can be she hasn't been consistently tolerating Stroller Strides this month. The class is right in the middle of her nap time and she hasn't been able to normally nap during class so she is overtired and not a fan of being stuck in the stroller. If she isn't asleep by the time we get there then she hasn't been crazy about being in the stroller since I've stopped using the carseat adapter because she wasn't liking that either. I am planning on putting my membership on hold in May, since I have to do so for the summer anyways, so when I go back in September hopefully she's down to just one nap a day and will tolerate it better. It's funny because she has no issues with the stroller when we walk to and from school so I'm thinking it is just the stopping and starting with Stroller Strides so she isn't in a constant motion to fall asleep. She did below this day though thankfully so I was able to get a good workout in!

April 7th

She is starting to lift herself off to the ground into a planking position so while sitting she'll get her bottom up in the air by using her arms. It seems as if she's ready to start crawling on all fours when she does this but she always goes back to her belly.
May 2nd
She loves the swing and could sit in it forever! She always gives the best smiles and laughs while in it, especially if one of her siblings is pushing her!
The older kids have become much more daring with picking her up, many times pushing the limits as to where I feel comfortable, but thankfully they are careful (as careful as a 6 and 4 year old are with a baby) and we haven't had any injuries yet. The worst/best part about it is that Charlotte loves it. Joseph will carry her across the room (normally after asking me at least) and every time she has the biggest smile on her face or when Ella picks her up like the pictures below she is almost always laughing! Oh goodness!!
Jules wanted in, too. Love these sweet sisters!!!
Happy 8 months, Charlotte Grace. You sure are loved.
