Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day!!
We had a fun day celebrating the holiday of love!   We started our Valentine's Day celebration on the first of February when we began our "kind hearts" activity.  After the excitement from our Christmas cribs with the cotton balls I decided that prior to Valentine's Day we would do something similar to keep the random acts of kindness a priority in our family.  So, on February 1st we started talking about kind things that we did during the day and would write them on hearts and hang them in our kitchen.  The kids were just as into this as they were the cotton balls and enjoyed sharing the kind things that they did during the day or when they were "caught" doing something that was out of the ordinary to be helpful or kind.
Everyone woke up to a fun Valentine' Day table that morning.  I didn't get a picture of Rich and I but we celebrated by eating together after the kids went to bed with a quiet dinner and then the following weekend went to Vintana while my parents stayed with the kids which was a nice treat!  We sat on the patio and listened to the live band which was excellent and had some pretty hilarious entertainment thanks to other patrons.  Ha.  It was our first night out without all four kids since Charlotte has been born so it was great to get out and even better that they all did great with Nani and Poppa so hopefully now we can make it a more regular occurrence!
All of the Valentine's fun continued during the day with school parties and exchanges.  Ella brought Frozen valentines with tattoos and Joseph brought Avengers cards also with tattoos.
Although she didn't go to school she got into the spirit, too, and had a lot of fun!

Joseph had jump rope for heart on Valentine's Day so the girls and I stayed to watch his class jump.  Can you find him in there?  He had fun jumping showing that his heart is strong and healthy!
And, Julia had fun dancing to the music while they were jumping.
Sweet little Charlotte enjoyed her first Valentine's Day.
Her first time sitting in the wagon on Valentine's Day!
Some sibling love on this special day!

 Enough of this love!!
Back to smiles!  Lots of love on this Valentine's Day!
