Lots of things to be thankful for!

So many things to be thankful for this year!  We are thankful that school is back in session full time, that sports are back in the swing full time,  and most importantly we are happy for healthy friends and families.  November finished off the fall season for sports and the fall was definitely full with all of the kids playing sports but we love it!  They all are so happy on the field and it is so awesome to watch them improve each season.

Fun before the games!

And sometimes wiped out after the games

Veteran's Day was beautiful so we spent the day at the bay with the Ozecks.  Love it there with them!

Just a few random photos from the month...

I'm pretty sure this is a bee on Joseph's hand!

Uncle Trey was in town with his tennis team so we went to La Jolla to watch his players play.  It was a cool experience and great to see him!
Charlotte made the "all star/Rising Stars" team for soccer this season and had quite the fan club at her games!  She played two nights and loved every second of it.  She also scored a few goals and basically ruled the field ;).

I took this photo one morning-such a beautiful sunrise!
Julia cracking me up one night with her style!  Love her!
Over Thanksgiving break, my friend, Monica, from Hawaii was visiting California so we were lucky enough to spend the day with her!  We got the San Diego/Hawaii crew together (minus Katie) and hiked Torrey Pines which was great and then they came back to our house before going to Duke's for dinner.  It was so fun to catch up with Monica and her sisters!

We got super lucky and saw this shark at the Ranger station at the top of the hike!! They just found it on the beach that morning so we got super lucky to see it.
Fun on the beach!
Still lots of time at the community fields! The girls do a good job of entertaining themselves!
We hung out with Finn one day over Thanksgiving break and went to Pacfic Highlands park which is a favorite!
We kicked off Thanksgiving morning with a turkey trot in San Marcos with the Zicklers and Nani and Poppa-super fun and the kids all did great!  We did catch Charlotte on Poppa's shoulders for part of the run but she loved it!
Thanksgiving was the typical chaos but we are always so thankful for the chaos!  Love having all of these cousins grow up together and

Sunset at Julia's soccer practice one night-so pretty!!!!

The end of November meant pulling out the Christmas decorations!  yay!  My favorite time of the year for sure!!!  No more waiting until the Army-Navy game or even December 1st...the weekend after Thanksgiving and I am ready!  And, the girls are in for it, too!

Now let's bring on Christmas!!!
